Happy New Year 2019. The vineyard rests in the cold.

A website to learn about our estate and our activities. A website for friends. This is a "Facebook" without profile, simple, perhaps too much, but true. The story of this family in these vineyards begins in 1799 but we start the chronicle with the harvest in 2012.

Who are we

Since 1799, we produce Moscato d'Asti DOCG, Barbera d'Asti DOCG and Freisa d'Asti DOC. Vineyards, hazelnuts and fruit trees cover the hills perfectly exposed to South, Southeast and Southwest. Grass covers the ground so wild animals such as hares, pheasants and hedgehog populate the hill. Sometimes you can even spot a fallow deer.

The harvest 2017 is over, a difficult year

First, late frosts and then heat and drought make 2017 a terrible and peculiar vintage: 30% of average production, harvest on August 21st. The grapes were great but could have been more productive maitaining the same quality with a rain that did not arrive in early August. The Barbera 2017 has been chosen as a grape to make wine this year.

The harvest 2016

Beautiful grapes, muscat and freisa are exceptional. The Freisa was then vinified.

The agricultural year 2015

The harvest 2015 has seen the arrival of a new participant.

The Freisa grapes were so beautiful that deserved to bottle. For the first time in 10 years Freisa d'Asti DOC is back: just bottled and almost ready to be tasted.
